Personal data and privacy

The form

When you send the form we receive your name, the contact you leave and your message: the place, the fact and the link. Nothing else is collected, and you do not need an account.

We never publish your name or contact; they serve only to ask you about your message.

The form is meant for adults.

How visits are counted

A small script served by this site counts visits. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. Pressing a contact button on a place’s page sends one event with the button type, the place and its activities, and nothing about you.

Your location

Your location is requested only after you press the location button. It stays in your browser while the tab is open, is used there to work out distances and is sent to no one, this site included.

A station, school or comuna you choose by name is kept in your browser for your next visit.

The map in the filters shows OpenStreetMap streets: opening it makes your browser load map images from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which see your IP address and the part of the map you look at, as with any website. The point you choose stays in your browser.

Listed places and your rights

The list repeats what places publish for their customers on their own websites and in their Google listings. Where a place is one person, a phone number or address appears only if that person published it.

These are facts a business makes public so that families can find it, and here they serve one purpose: helping parents compare activities for their children, in line with Chile’s Law 19,628 on the protection of private life. We do not sell them, use them for advertising or build profiles from them.

Anyone named in the list can ask, through the form, to see their data, correct it, have it deleted or object to being listed. We reply within the time the law sets.

Deleting a message

To have a message you sent deleted, send the form again and tell us which one. We delete it within a month.
